Hp pagewide pro 477-code:0xc6fd0013

Dear All,
We are getting an error code in HP Pagewide 477 "0xc6fd0013" and black color is missing.
Tried to run head cleaning level 1 & level 2.

Tried cleaning the print bar manualy by opening the side door.

Still same.Kindly advice any possible solution for this issue.

Hi there!
Try running the level2 (level 1isn´t good for this issue!) 2 -6 times and look if black is coming back. If not you can forget the machine. I´ve "burried" 6 of this machines in 1 year.
