Jamming very intermediately on MFP E82540 finisher(Y1G18A) with error code 13.98.D4

Only time I saw it jam, the paper jammed all over but the paper that was exiting into the stacker unit on external finisher hit the very same exit gray rollers (4 on shaft). Called HP they sent me parts manual for finisher and said order anything?

any help would be apprieciated.

Updating if any one want to know. I convinced the bank to run a heavier paper than 20 lb. The only way I was able to fix it. Machine was by a open door sometimes and the humidity would curl the page so it would not hit the rollers correctly
