Hi Guys, when you try to make a copy or print, this thing continuously goes thru the same cycle. runs, clicks, stops, repeats. this cycle never stops, unless you press stop, pull the paper drawer or turn it off.

and it will do this for all 3 trays. if there's paper, it will do it. i was able to make a few test prints, but then it started. it sounds like its feeding paper. inside the right side panel, the motors turn, then stop, then start again.

if there's paper in tray 1, 2 or 3, same thing.

but it never stops and indicates a paper jam or misfeed.

none of the pick up rollers ever turn. matter of fact, once it did this, i am not sure if it lifted the paper? weather you use the glass or adf. i re seated most of the p/j's to the main board, and formatter. some i would have to take the top cover up.

i even with the customers approval, gave a little slam by raising it a half inch and letting it smack the table just for the heck of it.

i am suspecting a DC controller, but have no idea. its like its lost its sync and in a delusional state. he he. its lost its mind. i know i have.

thanks for the support. i very much appreciate any tidbits.

be well, Jim
