did you uninstall the KB4568831 ?

I think for fixing I have to install this. But it is not on my computer and I'm not able to install.

i would do this:
1. take a spare computer with a ssd ! or your an put in new ssd
2. install fresh windwos 10 after that make an IMAGE !!!! with acronis
3. then test if this works after install drivers..

using a machine which is just messed up with drivers and trial and error updates is not good start position...
