I have been trying to print envelopes in a mail merge and sometimes it works and other times I get an error message: 46.23.3F. Is there something I can do to correct this?
This is the call I received today. Have not seen the machine yet, and it is a school so they are now closed until the 4th. I downloaded the 604 troubleshooting manual and this code is not listed, no 46's at all. Any ideas?

My profile is not working at the moment. The profile you see is not mine. Board redirects to a wrong userprofile. So you CANīT REACH ME over the profile via SEND PRIVATE MESSAGE and even not over regular Email too
You only can contact me if you click my name on a post and select PRIVATE MESSAGE straight from there.
