Reset chip / W2030X - HP 415X

Is there anyone here who knows if it is possible to reset the chip to toner W2030X-HP 415X and how in that case?

Welcome to CTN ... I don't know why you are looking for a chip resetter and especially if it is convenient to reset probably used cartridges ... have you tried compatible toners?

I bought one toner without a chip and had to move over the other. but then it shows that the toner is empty.
That's why I want to reset the chip.

as far as I know there is no resetting a chip.

you can purchase 3rd party chips off of the internet

There is a way to reset that chip but for you as end user is not cost efective. Apex have Unismart for reset. I will agree with Phil, just bay aftermarket chips and problem is solved.

if he has updated to the latest firmware .. the compatible carts will show a " supply error " message. Some guys here have the older firmware that they are willing to share.... so that might be an option to try.

There isn't yet, only OEM cartridges will reset counters. There are other post pertaining to that. When you update the machines firmware, you cannot use compatibles anymore.
They start at the newer series HP's. The older unit's are still good though with updating and running compatible toner's.
