    HP Color Laserjet M477 Tray 1 grinding noise

    Has anyone had this problem with the HP Color Laserjet M477 Tray 1 Roller turns half moon than this loud grinding noise. It appears to be the tray 1 assy or Solenoid but I cant figure out how to change them. The service manual is horrible and does not show the tray 1 assy
