HP Pagewide 556 Enterprise

hi all. Does anyone here have the service access code for an HP Pagewide 556? or any tips for further printhead cleaning besides what's in the menu options?
The machine prints streaks on one side, noticeable with black ink, mostly – I ran all three cleaning levels to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. thank you!

can't tell by your profile if you are a trained tech or not.

the PW printers are buggers... repairs are a bitch and very costly... manuals are only for trained HP techs. Most times HP requires them to be sent back to depot for repairs..as long as they are under warranty.

No - I'm a one-man print shop and fix my own devices as things come up. Yeah... the Pagewide is great when it works & I figured this is going to be somewhat involved.
