    CLJ 4525 13.20 jam code no paper

    I'm surprised this is not in here somewhere LOL

    Customer has replaced several maintenance items recently. Currently getting a jam code of 13.20 with no paper in unit. Can clear the jam and it will work for a few jobs then code out again and ask you to remove paper jam from the right side cover. I checked the pick cover as suggested by HP website and it seems secured properly. Everything else appears to be in good order and the unit is only at it's first PM cycle. It mentions the cover hindering a sensor motion but for the life of me I can not find a sensor flag that this would cause problems with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I think if the cover that covers the tray 1 roller isn't installed correctly, it will throw this error. I've had a hard time with it myself, but, finally get it installed correctly.
