HP Designjet 500 Error 79.04 on startup

Hello

i got problem with mny DJ500

Yesterday it said that one of Printhead is going to be out of warranty.

Today my DJ dont even start up and said 79:04 error.

Do you have any solution on this? I tried to put out all printheads + inks and start again, but nothing happened.

Once you remove all the printheads and inks, and printer/network cable, what happens? 79:04 or something else?

Hello again it says 79.04, without any belt movement or starting the heating processs

Does it have a network card? Try removing it.

I dont think so. I used only UsB cable, and never Saw there aby Ethernet plug
Iam really desprated

Any accessory cards like a network card, would be located in the back of the printer behind the door on the right (as you face the back of the printer.)

If you just see two blank metal plates there, then there is no network card. In that event, I would guess you have a bad electronics module.
