0x6100002e hp pagewide 477dw

Hello,
I am intermittently getting the 0x610002e error on an hp pagewide 477. I have removed print heads and checked paper paths for a possible jam. All is clear, and it will run fine for little while after a hard reset. Client broke the paper tray, and complained of this error at same time, and I believe to be fighting 2 separate issues. Once I do the hard reset machine will work fine for couple days, then this error will come back. Any help is appreciated.

Extract the paper tray and check the roller area and the paper holder for damage. Check that the entire paper path is free of paper scraps.
