Hey guys... new to this box, no idea what could be wrong.

60.02 - Tray 2 lift error
Remove from surge protectors if applicable
Replace the Tray 2 Paper Cassette - RM2-5469-000CN
If the error persists, replace the Paper Pick-up Assembly - RM1-8045-000CN
I work on these a lot and can most of the time fix this error.
Likely cause paper wedged in the pickup area, feed / separation tyres popped out of position.
Sometimes the pickup roller is causing the error because it's in the wrong position, this is due to a sticky solenoid in the pickup assy, and the rollers are not in their "home position"
There's also this webpage (if you can make any sense of it)

When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.
I see what you mean. All the pictures are the same.
Yeah, thanks for those pictures, but it didn't look like it was able to tell you much.
So, if its not something obvious like paper jammed up into the lift assembly, am I looking at replacing the lift assy? Or what about that "spring" and where is it?

It may be the lifter assy but if the pickup roller is stuck in the lowered position the paper lifter hits this and generates 60.02
You will see when you get there.
Take a set or tyres they wear out

check the pdf above first pick for the other pictures or rightclick a picture and edit the url and increment the digit after the letter f for the other pictures
It ended up being a jammed piece of paper which was partially in the (duplex?) guide assembly and partially in the feed rollers. There was also a small sliver of paper in the feed guides, directly after the feed rollers also. Gosh, those are TINY rollers... I don't know how they would even last 5K on that box?

Paper feed lift mechanism, to get to, you have to disassemble to about frame to remove. If it isn't that, main pwb. Either way, not worth the time and trouble. Just had one a week ago. Good luck. Would try pwb first. Easiest to remove and check.
