    HP MFP 4101fdne - supply error

    Is there a way to get around or turn off the supply error for having to get the toner from HP. Received this printer that a customer does not want the machine any more and before we throw it away we wanted to see if we can resolve the error. And they said that they will never buy HP again. Thanks
