    T520 with B3343234 on boot

    Good morning all.

A colleague is servicing an HP T520 that, on boot, gives a blue screen with what appears to be a garbled icon an the text B3343234 underneath.

He tells me the printheads don't even move.

Any ideas would be most welcome.

    Cheers!

This can be caused by the encrypted usb on the formatter board.

Thanks. What are our possibilities? Our experience is mainly with Ricoh machines...

Hi if you power off the machine I'll try and get you the emergency firmware flash file.
It will auto detect the file and show you the steps required.
