HP M283fdw clunking noise when printing first starts

I’m a Ricoh tech and admittedly don’t know much about HP but while I was servicing my customers large Ricoh they asked me about the clunking noise this MFP makes before printing the first page.
It only seems to do it at the beginning of a print run so I’m wondering if it is just a normal operating noise?
Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

Some noises are normal but it depends on the tone, did you notice any defects on the first print? Also check if the (original?) cartridges are leaking toner
