[Error Code] Error 33.04.13 on HP P77940N

Hi everyone. anyone here know how to clear this error 33.04.13 on HP Pagewide P77940N. (it shows TPM Locked)
This error comes out after I swap the formater and the engine controller Board from other known working machine that same model.

Reason I try swap the 2 item because the machine comes out with error 61.00.00

I have a technician friend that familier with this model that he advice to change 1st power supply and 2nd the formater board 3rd is the engine controller board but the 61.00.00 doesn.t fixed. after I return back the 3 item to this machine then the new error comes out (33.04.13) this not fixed but getting worst.

Any advice are really appreciated in advance.

Hi,
On some HP PageWide, error log code beginning by 33.04 are related to TPM.
You should reinstall the original TPM even onto the new formatter if it's standard on your machine.
