    Hello,

    you can try these steps:

    Turn off.
HOLD "right arrow button" AND "CANCEL button", turn on the machine.
Release buttons, when "storage init" is displayed.

    This resets all custom settings.

Try now to access the menu.

    If not possible:

    Turn off.
HOLD "left arrow button" AND "CANCEL button", turn on the machine.
Release buttons, when "storage init" is displayed.

This puts the machine back to factory defaults.

    Good luck!
    Ro

I Tried both methods, but the Storage init never lid up on the display. The display just stay plank during those 2 buttons pressing down. Any suggestion?
    Thanks

I'm seeing two options for this. I don't have this model in my office to try right now.
    Try them both.
If they don't work, I would format the hard drive and update the firmware.

    Option 1:

    Access the Preboot menu

    1. Turn off and turn on the printer.
    2. Press the Stop button when the Ready, Data, and Attention LEDs are illuminated solid.
    3. Use the Down arrow button to navigate the Preboot menu options.
    4. Press the OK button to select a menu item.

Scroll down to Administrator >> Clear Password.

    Option 2:

    - Press OK to bring up the main menu
    - Scroll down to Administration
    - Press OK
    - Scroll down to General Settings
    - Press OK
    - Scroll down to Restore Factory Settings
    - Press OK

Here you will be presented with the different options for erasing all or some of the printer's memory and settings. You can choose from All, Calibration, Digital Send, General, Print, or Security. To choose one of the options, scroll down so it is highlighted and press OK. A check mark will appear next to that item.

    - Scroll back up to Reset
    - Press OK
    - To confirm your choice, scroll down to Reset
    - Press OK
