HP M607 and M608, both have dead control screens, even after repairs.

    Hello,

I have a customer that had their M607 and M608 printers go down this week with dead screens. I made repairs and still have dead screens.

Replaced the formatters, DC controllers, screens and power supplies. Still dead.

Has anyone seen experienced this? If so, how did you fix it outside of the parts I've already replaced?

    Thanks.

Have you tested the power button switch?

They power on and off with the switch.

The M607 has the screen you attached. The M608 has the touch screen.
      Engine tests out of both.
The M607 has an Amber colored heartbeat light for both new and old screens.
The M608 has a green flashing light on both screens.
