HP LJ-9000 57.3 error

I replaced Power supply fan #1. two different times. Both times the fan worked for like 2-3 weeks. The fan is not working so i figured i got a bad fan so i replaced it. Now im not so sure it is the fan.
The fan is controlled by the dc controller, but gets 24v from LVPS. Anyone have this isuue?

Note: The manual has the fan numbers listed wrong so I got this from Liberty;

I dont know if this will help you any but the part numbers shown here seems to be different but they could have another number. Look at this and see if this helps.
