Customer installed a rebuild cartridge at was frozen. Motor failure. Ran service test and got error 14.04. Event log shows 88 0E04 Failcode from Engine Self-test Execution.

Im asumming x= tray 4

1 Check the media for
premature wear of the feed
rollers.
2 Clean the feed rollers with a
lightly dampened cloth.
3 Replace the feed rollers.
