Hey all,

I recently changed the supplies email alerts to send out to me at 50% instead of the standard 5% that is setup on the machines. This works fine for giving me plenty of time to order consumables but the problem that has arisen is that the machines themselves pop up and 'order consumables' message when they have reached 50%!

What is happening is users are seeing this message and just swapping out the parts way before their life end.

Basically, I want to leave the alerts as they are (sending me emails when anything reaches 50%) but is there anyway to disable the messages showing up on the MFP's so the end users dont get confused and waste the parts?
