I have a HP DesignJet T610, came in to the shop with a Bad Drive Belt. After a few hours to replace that belt, Powered it up and it showed one of the print heads were bad..(cyan/magenta) ok.... figured might as well replace them all. All OEM Brand New. Now it comes up with a message
" Printhead replacement not complete...press ok to start printhead replacement" No matter what I do it still produces this error...even tried putting in the old heads. PLEASE HELP..Thank You
