    Re: cp3525 with 59.f0 error

Installed fuser drive assembly. May have pinched wire behind upper left hand screw support bracket on Upper HVPS-T PCA assembly where wiring from fuser drive assembly was caught between pcb & support. Printer displayed error 50.4 incorrect fuser temperature. Inspected harness - no insulation cut or bare wire showing through. Swapped with original fuser drive assembly harness. Printer proceeded through initialization & calibration. Printed diagnostic page. Looks great. What do I with all the extra hardware?

I'm tempted to repad that solenoid, but I think the low price you pay for a new unit is worth all the work of taking it apart a second time. Just throw it away.

    Re: cp3525 with 59.f0 error

    Hi guys,

Today I got this terrible error out of nothing.

I want to thank you all for posting such good information here.

I also want to make a little contribution, the solenoid HAS a part number, yes.

Is TDS-F06B-16. You need to search just for "TDS-F06B" in order to find it.

They are japanese from TDS company:
Products Flapper Solenoid Series | TDS Co., Ltd.

That one is probably retired as isn't on catalogue anymore, they start @ TDS-F08B.

    Take care all.

    Hey guys,

Just to let you all know, I managed to fix my CP3525 with "tape trick" on that damn solenoid.

    Another CP3525 was saved!
