HP LJ P2055 - center not fixed

    Hi,
I have a problem with HP LJ P2055.
The vertical center of the paper was smudged and not fixed, but the sides from center to left and right are fixed and looks OK.
I changed the fixing film, but it not helped.
Also tried to change the toner, but it didn't helped.
The lower pressure roller seems visually OK.
Please, have you got suggestions what could be wrong?
I'm attaching demo page (sorry for little lower res scan):

Where the toner is smear, can you rub the toner off the paper? Might be a bad heating element, to much grease?
or just replace the whole fuser assembly.

Since you still have the same problem after replacing the fixing film, then the heating element is the problem. Either replace the heating element or the whole fuser assembly.

Does anybody have any update on this? I have changed fuser film on multiple P2055, P2035 and M401s, but there is the same problem on each fuser I rebuilt.
Center is fixed well prior to fuser sleeve replacement.

Over greased or bad heating element or defective turd party crap sleeve.

    99.0% are the film problem
This series need a special fuser film and most of the 3rd party films out there are not up to the standard. You will get couple first page at every print job where the ink could be rub off in the middle of the page.
Best fix is to get a better film sleeve
Alternative fix: to add a piece of High Temperature Heat Resistant Kapton Tape between the thermistor and the heating element to get a little more heat into the heating element
