execute TCR Ajustment error message

Konica minolta bizhub 420 gives an error above mentioned.

Please help me to sort the above

for some reason the amount of Developer is decreased
i think with new Developer /DV502 not so sure/ and new TCR adjust everything will be Ok
look out for leaks of developer inside the machine and DV module
i haved play 2 days with one BH500 with this problem, and nothing has happened. the amount that machine got lost was near 15-20 grams not more!

Make sure you run TCR Adjustment in service mode under image process adjustment when you replace the starter or you will have issues! I ran into this problem before, the symptom was when you make a copy the paper jams at the drum and the machine codes out.(TCR error) You can manually clear the TCR gain level and set it to around 100 or 110 and this will fix the problem right away. (the range is 0 to 255) I had a bunch of machines do this and tech's had changed starter, drums, toner sensors but only changing the gain fixed the issue. Problem never returned.

If you changed the cleaning blade or the drum, the sensors behind the drum might got dirty. Check these sensors too, be sure to be clean.

Clean TCR Sensor, then run "Stabilizer" under the "Image Process Adjust".
