Bizhub C6000 Misregistration in all colors

Hello everybody i´m new and i need your help.
Actually i have a big probelm with a bizhub c6000, i have misregistration in all colors, it looks like a skewed print, Black color appear up than the others, recently and making some adjustements, i get an error code C-2461, i will replace /Y developer and opc drum. But the problem still.
Any suggestion?.

replace the intermediate transfer belt.
