this can happen when using authentication but this may help

Root Cause
Firmware requires updating
Workaround/Fix
Install the following Firmware versions.
- bizhub 4050/4750 firmware version A6F730GA804-W51
- bizhub C3350/C3850/C3850FS firmware version A3GN30GA804-W51
Although e301 can be caused by many things, it's mostly corrupt print jobs that seem to cause it.
I would update the firmware to the latest and then restart the machine with the network cable out.
If it's ok as a copier, but codes up when you refit the cable, it will be a print job fault.

try running it without the added 1gig ram.if it works well with it out , the firmware is the cause,install latest firmware without the ram think its 21 engine and 851 controller, flash engine before controller updates and reflash engine again. test without ram and then with it. if ok then good, if not ssd is next suspect, followed by mfp board. low power mode also will cause these to lockup and not wake when a print is sent to them. try setting to sleep before low power hits.
