It might be pertinent to know what model that you're considering.

But just on the most basic level, there isn't any power to one of the power plugs. Find out why. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

i take it this is not a U.S. machine? there is only a single 20A plug on the U.S. models.

I am having the same problem after doing an all clear for a c163. My take on it would be that the machine is confused and thinks its a model with a separate fuser plug.

I figure a good place to start would be to set the correct time and time zone. This machine will only show tab number 8 Device information so not able to put correct time.

what I ended up doing was turning off smart fusing control under system 2 in service mode.

    good day
    Dears
The error mentioned usually happens when the NF1 board is damaged
It is possible to repair it you have to have some knowledge in electronics
    Greetings
