Only one think .... closed door too hard
Yes indeed I have. the issue is due to those stupid claws that lightly run on the belt itself. I have had a few break on me with the 220/280 series and luckily they were replaced through garantee. In the earlier belts there was just one of those claws and when the paper hit just right it would push it over Centre and poke a hole in the belt. Results were always known to me as the Butterfly Problem. The hole would produce Butterfly figures on prints. Heck of a Thing to deal with when you don't have alot of belts in inventory. My advice, do as I do and rip those stupid claws off and be done with it. I have ripped off all of mine since about 5 years and i think had one small issue that 1 Piece of paper slipped through above the belt and rested on top. made a mess, but the belt was fine. Best of luck!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That picture was sent to me 5 days ago. I responded with "Hey! Which finger is that?"
His response: "Pointer. lol."

The separation claw can be removed but I would make sure that they are not damaged and if they are then replace them
