    Konica Minolta bizhub 350

    It is making a grinding sound whenever it starts to copy and and finishes copying.

    open the right side door and pull drum unit out (two blue hooks) inspect all the gears and ensure that they are all there and you dont see any damage to them.

    check the cleaning assembly on the belt. the auger inside could be broken.

    Are you having any paper jams. This model has a problem with dev spilling out onto the drive motor that drives the paper feed on tray one. Black plastic unit on right hand inside by drum unit. The motor at rear of machine has metal shaft which strangely enough chews out. The gears that the metal shaft drives is plastic! figure that one out. I have replaced 3 so far. You must be vigilant in making sure dev tank is running well. Once you have heard the noise you wont forget it.
