Trouble code C 5360...cleaning fan IC-101 installed...boots up.....both trays paper feeds up to registration roller and stops!Any ideas on this problem?

Check:
• Exhaust fan/1 (FM14)
• Exhaust fan/2 (FM15)
• Suction fan (FM16)

Check the actuator that engages the registration drive motor. When you close the side door of copier, there is a white plastic interlock that is week and can break. We had a
brand new machine with this problem. Check it closely.

Replaced HDD...network cable all set!
