Machine shows M4.
Can i replace only drum and not developer at this point?
If i can , i reset IU only PC life ?
I will replace developer later .

They have to be done together. Then run F8. If you try and replace just drum you will get the dreaded 2557 code. There are a lot of posts on this forum about this.

You can if use toner not genuine.
You can change copy kit counter to "mode 1" and M4 disappear!
