Konica C2060L - recurring C-3105 Error

Having some problems which we keep having on the Konica 2060L with paper jams, we are preparing the paper as required, loading as required but we keep getting paper jams, this is leading to us continuosly getting the C-3105 error code and having to call engineers out, they seem to think that they can't disable this feature which is quite annoying!

Any ideas on how to prevent it/bypass the feature?

There is dipsw for disabling fusing swing control but it is better to solve the problem and let this function enabled.
I have maintenance 2 of these machines and never have problem with that error.

Try to better explain problem,maybe somebody figure out cause.
What paper size and weight you use when it happens?
Is is occur on every type and size of paper or some specific paper type or size?
Personaly,i would first check sensor,clean,I/O check...
