C-2403 error on C6500

Hi Everyone!

Please, I'm looking for some light here... I have the C2403 error on the C6500. Error due to Cyan erase lamp. But I can turn the lamp on by the I/O check mode, as the other colors as well.
Also, a possible problem could be the ICP13, on the PRCB. I checked it, it's ok.
Finally, I checked the wiring between the connector back the process carriage to the connector attached to the lamp. I have continuity on both pins.
Oh, and I using a shim on the process carriage connector, to be shure about the attachment on back, inside the machine.

move cyan to another color, if code follows, then replace (el). if still c2403 then you may have a short or pinched wire.
