I believe this FW is actually on KM website for the public under drivers.
Also, do not try to go directly to the "e" FW. IF you do, you will need to use the special downgrade FW then go to the latest base FW and so on.... Big headache especially if you don't have access to Konica Confidential.

It doesn't come with documentation so... I never used it or really needed it.
