Jam code 13

Hello Friends,

I am having problem with a Konica Minolta Bizhub C224e. It shows paper jam error 13. I am Kyocera experienced tech now working on some biz hubs. I checked in the service manual and cannot find:

1. no explanation for jam 13

2. Identify which sensor is related to the jam 13.

Hey

Generally Konica's will display the jam code as 4 digits like 13-xx. You can also enter service mode and look at the jam code histories for current and previous codes.

A quick glance at the manual does have codes that start with 13, 13-01 and 13-40 which refer to tray 3 issues. I recommend you look at that history list to get a better scope of what code you are actually getting then refer to back to your manual.
