magicolor 4650 error 077-900

looked at one of these for a customer last week, paper jams everytime half way through fuser and throws the error code. printer has 3,000 pages through it and fuser looks new. dont have the manual to locate sensors or troubleshoot jam code. has anyone had similar issue? would anyone have a manual i could get ? thank-you--tuey

Picked up a couple of those printers, one had about 15K the other one about 40K, looked like new, trialed one here at the office, before putting out, they were the biggest pieces of horse manure I ever ran for testing. Great print quality, when they ran, which was very little. Always something with the quality, toner bombs(all oem supplies), different color streaks, jamming in fuser, noisy fusers, gears sound loud, by pass worked like manure, glad I didn't sell any of them. Ended up in the recycling truck. Both on them. Sorry, had to vent,...... there I'm done. Good luck on your issue.

i dont see that code in the service manual, do you have a pic?

Looked through the service manual and didn't see this code. Looked in the MC 4690 manual also. Maybe corrupt firmware?

maybe i wrote the code down wrong? could i get a copy of the manual, couldn't find one on-line for this.
