Question Bizhub c360 - Subtle black stripes

    Hello,

Whenever I print heavy paper, I obtain black stripes all along the sheet. I tried to take a picture of them and it was quiet challenging:

On regular paper, they don't appear...
Also, the sheet, globally, turns slightly from white to "washed" white color during the process.

I cleaned twice the Electrostatic Charger Wire and the Printheads, following the user manual instructions, but nothing changed.

Would you have any advice for me? Thank you!

Car wash will clean your car but when tyres are worn out cleaning them will not do any good. Same with your MFP. There is some consumables that needs to be replaced at certain life/copies, what about them?
Hard to share atleast copier counter or what was changed/done...

Did you, perchance, select Heavy media type so that it can fuse properly? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
