Re: KONICA Minolta C224E indicating wrong toner level

It determines toner consumption by checking stuff like the coverage and the amount of times the gerbil spun the hamster wheel.
So if the machine detects a near empty condition and you take the toner out of the machine it should be empty and any thing going back in must be the replacement.
If it gets screw up it will get fixed the next cycle unless it gets screwed up again.

So don't think the problem is related to blank prints.

What happens if there is no laser data?

By color do you mean K included?

Are the drum and dev life counters with in yield?
    Did you change any boards?
    Whatever

WHEN does the DEVELOPER go EOL? ..
have you cleaned the toner supply tubes?
is there a big spill in machine?
just because the PCU is 'supposed' to expire on XX/XX/XXXX what media has been used?
OEM or COMPAT toner n parts...?

you always give information lacking in your questions asked

Please find the attached consumable EOL details
    I cleaned everything,
I removed all toner and taken this attached consumable details screenshot, so that means toner sensor is not working

How I can rectify this issue

May be the gerbil died or the front door switch is broken.
Do you know where these toner sensors are located?

What are the TCR levels for CMYK?
    Whatever

If the TCR values are 0 it normally means the value is yet to be acquired after restarting the machine. Make a copy to get the values.
The toner end sensors are inside the sub hopper.
But ignore those values and get on with fixing the real problem as you mentioned be blank prints.
    Whatever
