On the BIZHUB 920 Pro machine the information appeared - Toner collection box ist full.
Is there a container in this machine?
I can not find him.
The machine works but it quickly gets dirty on the page.

Maybe I'm wrong about this but I seem to recall there being a mod kit that re-directed the waste toner to a bottle instead of the developing unit. The simplest thing to do is take off the front cover of the image unit and follow the pipe from the drum cleaning unit. If there is a bottle all you have to do is follow the pipe. =^..^=

At the end of the white tube on the back there is a black tube piece without a stopper. Maybe need to disassemble and clean the wires.
The toner drips heavily on the bottom electrode.
I cleaned the whole band of the drum 1 tausend copies earlier
Yes, it sounds like you have a drum cleaning issue. Disassemble and clean the drum cleaning unit. =^..^=

If it has a waste toner box it is behind the machine sitting on the floor with a rubber tube coming from the machine. You can change Dip SW 5-5 to a 1 and that will switch the machine back to recycling toner. There should be a counter in the service mode to reset the waste toner box full message.
let me know if you need help, we still run a 920 with a the waste collector. If its dirty prints, may not be configured correctly.
upload photos, of the machine. i can post photos of where you should look in the AM.
I have few 950 in the field and all without waste collector.
I read it can be added but never seen it.
What is benefit of waste collector?
we find that with longer runs looks better, its not recycling the toner... machine runs cleaner... prints darker though the pm cycle.
if you need any supplies we have tons.. and parts machines.
Less paper dust contamination of the developer. Crisper blacks, and longer developer life. =^..^=

Drum unit cleaned. Codes switched to operation without a bottle of used toner. Information - "Toner collection box is full" - deleted. One sided printing super clean ideal. Other side duplex perfect but is light gray background. (Only other side of duplex) Developer and drum has 150,000 copies but last replacement in 2012. Bottom and top electrode clean. I'll make some copies and see what with the gray background on the other side of the printout is. Maybe it will clear over time..
