The first thing to try is to go into Administrator made and format the HDD.

There is recovery firmware that can be used to recover a main board. I would ask your tech guy if that’s been done.
Also ask if sata firmware V4 is loaded.
If all this has been done and it still codes, then I’m afraid a board is your only option.

Re: Problem with c308 and error c-d010
the hard drive is a traditional type. my technician don't know what firmware he installed. I'm a pc technician and I tried to insert a disc and format it from the technical menu. after the physical formatting the error appears. if I unplug the disk it works regularly but without many features!

Re: Problem with c308 and error c-d010
do the logical not the physical format. cd010 means the hdd is not formatted. i had this same problem on an 808. had to replace main pwb in the end. if the main pwb is bad it wont formatt hdd. but try logical its takes 10 min or so.

I tried the logical, the error does not appear but the disk is not detected after restart.

After logical formatting, the HDD is disabled. You have to enable it in the service.

Re: Problem with c308 and error c-d010
how I find the menu of attivation?

Re: Problem with c308 and error c-d010
System 2 > HDD > Installed.
Sometimes it takes 15-20 seconds before Installed becomes selected.
But if the HDD has been disabled, chances are you have made a Clear All. Are you sure you have logically formatted it?
I advise you to call a technician.
