C364e cannot authetificate account tracking department id

First time trying on the account tracking and also user authetification.
Both failed without single success login.

What did I missed?
Please point it to me, Thank you.

Setting inside Administrator mode
1. User Authentication/Account Tracking > General Settings
2. Account Track > ON
3. Account Tack Input > Account Name & Password Only
4. OK > YES > OK
5. Account Tracking Registration > select box 001 > Edit
6. Input Account Name as test, password 1234567890 > OK
7. Out from Administrator Mode
8. Try login with test and password 1234567890
9. Get this Authentication failure

Never successfully login even once.

Just use authentication and make sure you use the correct drivers.Update in the config section of the driver, make sure the obtain settings you have installed the IP for upddate

The problem is it cannot even login at the MFP it self.

Did you enable both act track AND authentication?
Just pick one.
Test
Try enabling the other
Test
Check credentials for authentication maybe a bad or missing entry.
Do not authenticate to external server.

Tried, enable account only, user id only, both. All no luck even with password is 123.

Anyone know how to disable this ?
Administrative > Authetication Device > General > Card Authetication.

I thnk youve got something confused...

Account track can be name/password, or password only..If name and password, name is case sensitive
If you have account track turned ON, password only, then when you register the account you will need to put in name and password, but when they access the machine they should only need password. User authentication can really mess this up if turned on..Be sure this is OFF. E

It did show the message that all data will be clearer then I proceed with "Yes" then "OK"

What I suspect is the machine is set to only card authentication only. Yet, the option suppose to be there is hidden.
How can I enable it ?

Missing option 8, how to enable it ?
