Bizhub c554 Jam Code 9901

bizhub c554 jams approx once every 100 copies with the same jam code 99 01 same place same jam code from what seems to be Top tray 1 only although I havent fully tested trays 2 to 4 fully.On a run of say 100 copies the mc jams with 1 piece of A4 just leaving fuser and another sheet of paper in reg area,
Its not a physical jam where its catching or sticking.I have replaced feed and sep tyres on tray 1
any one else had this problem on this mc.
The manual says its an incorrect paper size.It happens on copy and print but ive tested it mainly on copies running sets of 50 off at a time sometimes i can get 100 out then next time it will jam twice in a set of 2 lots of 50 its intermittent but regular.
The customer has 2 of these mcs side by side running the same good quality 90gsm paper and other mc is working ok
