Hi, I installed a c4050i with an additional tray
It is a PF-P20. I connected the connector on the left but the printer does not identify it
Do you need to enable something from Service Mode?
Thank you

Did you turn off and unplug the machine before installing the accessory? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

of course! I tried to disconnect and reconnect. I restarted several times
manual just says plug it in and make sure you dont pinch the wires.

I finally managed to recover the installation manual for PF-P20. Unfortunately those who installed it threw it away.
it is compatible with C4050i, c3350I, c3320i, C4000i and C3300i.
I think I understood the reason. This is pretty stupid but being new cars, I didn't think. The cable was connected in the connector of the drawer (I thought it was the connector coming from the printer but in reality it is the drawer). In theory I will have to remove the back cover and connect it to the machine.
I'll try
