Client reported the following. Any ideas?
The copier scans the side that is facing up crooked. The other side looks fine.

My understanding is he talks about scanning/copying through DF and one side is skewed.
That would leave bend scanner bed and misaligned DF out of picture I think.
Should be something mechanical with DF in that case you need to go there to watch/test it.
Btw allan nice comment on his confused question
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

the CIS back side scanneris in the feeder and would scan the back side straight.
the front side gets scanned by the scanner bed.
it does explain why 1 side is straight.
