Hey.
Did you manage to sort this issue out.

J-3102 During operation: The fusing paper exit sensor
(PS61) does not turn ON within a specified
period of time after the registration motor (M58)
turns ON.
Post a photo of the jammed paper.
On the C1060 I've seen this when the mechanical fuser exit pressure adjustment has been accidentally changed. For most papers you'll get the best results in the middle position. On the C1060 there is a white triangle symbol for the middle setting ... like this. I'm not exactly sure what it looks like on an C8000, but I suspect it hasn't changed much:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks I change it but same error
Hi, u can check and clean the sensor and motor.
Checking the seal or separation of drum too.
errors j-3102, j-3201 and 3204 is all the same and problem is in FUSING BELT UNIT LOWER. Replacing unit to a NEW will solve problems. I checked this at least twice on my machines and solutions really work instead of changing motors, gears or sensors.
I think that problems in bearings on shafts inside this unit that clogged with toner and dust and rotation speed for main heating roller and lower heating film is little different that produce errors.
From my experience max lifetime of heating unit lw is about 800K clicks so after 2-3 replacement of film you need to buy new unit.
