If you mean that the bypass is incorrectly auto detecting the paper size ... there is a calibration for the bypass tray guides in the manual. You should do it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Good Luck!
Good day fellow techs. I had the same issue with a BHC 658 last week. Thought I did the calibration correctly, but found out I didn't. I don't have the 658 manual, I have the 458 and up to c654e, so I used the 654e and the c458 manuals and got the calibration done. Another tech had gone and messed with the VR and gears and threw out the settings. I thought I was going to lose my mind trying to do the adjustment, until I realized the timing was out. Sometimes you have to start from scratch to get the result you want.
