Scan to shared folder windows server 2019

We have a bizhub C224 configured to scan documents in a shared folder on a windows 2003 server. Now we have switched to a Windows 2019 server and we don't know the reason why it doesn't send the documents to the folder. It has no firewall or antivirus enabled and everything seems to be correct. its because server 2019 does smb2/3
try Version GBF-M0 firmware and dip switch 219 make it hex 04
select ntlm v2 only in admin/network/smb client.

the FW i mentioned is for the non e series.
for the e series its Version GDB-M1

same bit switch.
