C4050i Fax button

Got a C4050i that hasn't got a Fax button on the display, have checked the fax is installed, it came with it, all initialised, updated FW, it installed the fax FW, you get the 2 phones at the top of the screen, when you go into "Direct Input" on the scan screen, there's no button there for the Fax, and when you go into "Resolution" there's only the scan resolution, nothing for fax

Will go back, unset & reinstall fax first, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar

Problem
Fax icon is missing on the operation panel.
Solution
CAUSE: Restrict Fax TX is set to ON.

SOLUTION: Set Restrict Fax TX to OFF by performing the following.
1. Select Utility
2. Select Administrator
3. Enter 12345678 twice
4. Select Security
5. Select Security Details
6. Select Restrict Fax TX
7. Set to OFF

Also check to see that your HDD and page memory are appearing as available in the service mode. =^..^=
