Anyone familiar with how to mask these devices from Windows Printer and Scanners?

Try to set Web Service Settings - Printer Settings to "off".

Yea i always turn it off cause to much confusion for the customers. Do it thru PSWC look for WSD and disable that.
Some times you can switch the WIA off as well.
    Whatever

Thanks all, I sent your sugesstions to the asker..Although I probably wouldn't recommend disabling SNMP as this can adversly affect KM office equipment. You can opt to disable SNMP alerts to get rid of those pesky "printer needs attention" messages..I just don't have the experiance on the little printers. E
